Empower 1,000 Youth: Trauma Healing, Mental Health, and Financial Literacy
This project seeks to empower 1,000 youth ages 12–18 with essential life skills to overcome trauma, address abuse, strengthen mental health, and build financial literacy. By providing trauma-informed education and practical training, we aim to break cycles of hardship and equip young people with tools to thrive academically, emotionally, and financially.
The program will deliver:
1. Trauma & Abuse Awareness Workshops – equipping youth with coping strategies, peer support, and safe spaces for healing.
2. Mental Health Support & Education – normalizing conversations around mental wellness, reducing stigma, and connecting youth to resources.
3. Financial Literacy Training – teaching budgeting, saving, responsible credit use, and entrepreneurship basics.
